Cabled mainline stoppage through water closet flange by pulling toilet with general speed rooter 91 7/8" cable machine to clear. Video inspection discovered 4" drain line holding water approx. 60' from flange in downstairs bathroom. Will return on 2/19/07 to locate line with Ridged Navitrak line location system. Install shower valve and riser for shower. Connect special fittings from guest pipe and 1/2" to CPVC 1/2".Mand shower valve complete with trip and handles. Wall needs to be repaired to permanently mount shower head. Stoppage in kitchen of Unit B-18.
Located cleanout beneath building in crawl space. Cabled mainline with General speedrooter 91 cable machine. Could not clear. Notified and received authorization to hydro jet building Main line stoppage-Units 104-102-101. Flooding grand around outside cleanout. Needing pump truck and hydro jetter on site. Sucked up contaminated sewer water and waste with pump truck around outside cleanout. Hydro jetted main sewer over 100' until stoppage was cleared and apartments could use drain again cleaned up contaminated waste left over after stoppage was cleared. Replace tee air chamber. 90 stop water leak was already exposed. Labor Pro-press Fittings 1 1/2 T coupler, air breaker. Replace 3 diverter stems.

Cabled through roof vent and cleared stoppage. Needs to be lowered outside to street. Possible will need jetting for grease build up. Ran cable through roof vent and cleared stoppage. Ran camera and needs jetting, will back up soon Cable main line via cleanout. Clear blockage @ 20 feet. Camera inspected line and found 10feet belly in line and excessive grease. Closet auger hall bath toilet. Pulled back wipes. Broken toilet. Replace standard toilet with American Standard comfort height. Solar panel are leaking. Take down all solar panels plus plumbing cap off. 120 gallons hot water tank 240 electric. Remove all solar power on roof cap off at ground. Replaced upper element sensor as well panel. Leak detection. Exposure/digging to expose. Remove bad leaking section of copper water line and repair with new fittings. Turn water on at meter and check for leak. Back fill dirt.
Excavate existing cleanout and eliminate. Replaced with SCH 40 PVC to continue flow location not properly located. Hand dug roughly 20' to locate pipe. Cut section of pipe and installed 4" cleanout. Replace entire assembly for T and S valve for 3 compartment sink in back of kitchen. Replace both hot and cold barrel seat, stem, handle and gaskets. replace seats and washer for T and S hand sink on left side of kitchen facing the kitchen. Replace fill valve handles flapper for 2nd toilet in women's restroom. Replaced 30 gal. electric water heater in master bathroom closet. Tee off 3/4" water main and run 1/2" CPVC down wall and into patio area with new hose bib. Strap pipe to wall. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jetted main sewer line from cleanout to tank and cleanout to house.
Pulled toilet in downstairs bath. Replaced wax ring. Reset toilet and grouted in. Replaced 2 flappers in upstairs bath. Disconnected p-trap and ran pistol machine thru drainage. Cleared blockage. Reattached p-trap. drains fine and no leaks. Laundry valve is broken off in wall. Access wall to replace copper line and laundry bibb. Cleared toilet stoppage with closet auger through trap. Replace 2' section of 3" PVC. Install cleanout and riser. Cut out roots over sewer line. Ran K-60 cable thru floordrain by dishwasher. Blockage was at bottom of trap. Tested ok. Leak under bath tub. Cut access behind and tub and found deteriorated overflow and drain assembly. Replaced with new plastic tubular assembly. Cabled tub drain and removed hair stoppage. Replaced existing seat with front commercial toilet seat. Supply line is poor condition replaced with new braided steel line. Replace steel fittings with galv. 1 tech labor 4.5 hrs Replaced 1 2" T 2 1" 90 2 1"X1 11/4 Reducer 3" galv. No water to dishwasher. Put in new stainless steel braided hose and 90 degree connector to dishwasher. Removed and replaced dishwasher. Turned main waterline off to house to reposition 2 way hot angle stop. Located main drain line 2 location from interceptor back and from interceptor to man hole. Tree on top of sewer. Removing tree from sewer. Also a sewer repair. No responsible for landscaping or tracks in yard from machine. Replaced tank to bowl gasket and tank bolts washers in upper level master bath. Septic cleanout. Drainfield is failing. Installed customer supplied toilet. Removed old toilet and discarded unit. Cabled bath tub through overflow. Septic tank cleanout. Jetting of main line. Removed grease. Drainfield hydraulically overloaded. Leak under sink. 2 compression fitting on 1/4 line from supply to filter as well as out to refrigerator. Cable sink line through cleanout. Televise line.
Cabled through vent stack and hit very hard obstruction. Cable eventually went through and cable to main. Heavy amounts of roots came back on cable. Unable to see clearly. Suspect large root blocking the camera and line is still holding water. Replaced fill valve in toilet and flapper adjustment to fill valve and water lever. Replace 3" gate valve flanged with new gasket and bolt kits. Replace 2" gate valve for water softener. Bypass assembly with new 2" ball valves and propress fittings. Installed two brass shut off valves with stainless supply lines Company rebuilt inside moen bold style shower bodies homes body and replacing cartridge to avoid breaking wall. Also replace 2 lavatory faucets with pop up assembles and replaced k/s faucet all as agreed. Had to abandoned reverse osmosis filter system connection and replace pipes where all connection were made due to leaks after all repairs done.
Water main broken under ground outside of building 42-43. 3/4 water server to building 43 broke 4.10 underground Between building and side walk. 3/4 copper pipe 1.6' two pro-press couplers. Made repair and back filled. Left mounded up for jetting. Shut water of at south side of complex. Turned water on. Pulled permit, tested and certified 1" RPZ. Backflow device for domestic service. Water device was improperly installed without permit by others. reinstalled up to code. Leak outside on reclaim water. Dug outside section from meter to sidewalk, repaired galvanized line with 1" PVC.

Installed new commercial toilet (handicap). Install new urinal. Install new wall mount sink and handicap faucet. Cleared stoppage about 20' out from toilet. Pulled toilet to access main line. Video inspection revealed extremely heavy scale buildup and back pitched in pipe from 20' out to 28'. Pump 1500 gallon septic tank.

Cut out old 1" copper pipe to expose from wall and section of 3/4" copper pipe from a 1x3/4x3/4 tee CPVC with shark bites and installed new ball valve 3/4 to main cold water supply by water heater. Installed customer supplied water heater with customer supplied fitting kit. Reconnected electric and tested for heat content. Tested OK.
Replaced 4 bar sink straining basket and al new plumbing into drain with all PVC SCH 40 pipe. Leaking fitting on irrigation line in garden center. Removed faulty fitting on irrigation line. Plugged off line with threaded plug. Operates fine. No leaks. Toilet stoppage. Cleared stoppage with hand auger. Company trouble shot commercial 3 phase 100 gallons water heater and found that stat and fuse were burned out and were overworking single element, while others are not getting current. Leak actually coming from toilet flange and wax ring for room 505. Pulled toilet repaired flange, and installed new wax ring for toilet. Reset toilet and caulked around base. Cleared main line stoppage 35 feet. Main line stoppage. Main line stoppage through vent on roof. Scrubbed main line to clear drains and found that drain near rotisserie and cooler had to be cleared. Due to discharge and grease. Company jetted lines and removed plugs from inside and scrubbed lines near station and display coolers. Water is leaking in bathroom. leak is under the tub waste and overflow. Also shower pan is leaking. Septic pump out. Jetted main line. Auger toilet to clear. Toilet is not filling properly. Recommend rebuild. Replaced customer supplied lav faucet. Tested OK. Auger from roof vent with 5/8" cable. Tested OK. Complete home inspection report, repair list. Hall Delta tub and shower valve leaking at handle. Rebuilt faucet with seats and springs and gasket. Kitchen faucet tighten packing nut and handle to stop the leak. Water heater had improper supply line and mproperly installed temp and pressure relief valve. Replaced with CPVC, added cold side shut off valve, piped T and P valve to the floor, per FLA plumbing code. Auger from vent @ pool bath, pulled back paper towels. Also camera inspected building drain and found cast iron.

Rebuild 2 toilets with parts and replace 2 flappers and re-grout toilets. Labor for 6 hours and camera line and located. Replaced faucet in slop sink. Rebuilt faucet and seats hand sink, Rebuilt faucet, washer and seats prep sink in back wall of kitchen. Installed vacuum breaker on soup dispenser for dish and hose bibb at dumpster The whole complex is backed up. 2 hours with jetter and 1 additional hour of labor on jetter for 1st tech. 5 hours of labor for second tech on 1 on jetter, totaling 6 hours for 2nd tech. Pump out man hole in parking lot, on the right when entering complex. 2 loads pumped out with disposal fee. Jetting removed much buildup of grease in main line.
Back up may have resulted from the fact that the lift station pumps are not operating at optimal level. The secondary pump may have blockage. Recommend that both pumps be replaced due to the extremely slow speed at which the lift station emptied. Drain line is leaking. Repair drain line and replace washer. Video inspection of mainline found sand in lines approx. 15' from cleanout building up to before city tap. Line looks to be in good condition. Requires high pressure drain cleaning with Harban drain cleaning technology high pressure hyrdo jetting equipment. Drain Doctors Inc. will provide labor, equipment and material to perform the following tasks: -Install tank where existing storm drain enters ravine. -Run electrical from the closest house panel on building through asphalt to tank and backfill to ruff grade. -Install 230 volt pump and float inside tank capable of pumping 200 gpm. -Lay approximately 300' of 2" SCH 40 PVC to the need of the ravine. -Re-slope area starting from furthest point from the newly installed basin and re-shape the depth of the ravine so along the most southern side will be flat. -Lay sod on slopes. -Hay and seed flat surfaces.

Saw cut curb and sidewalk to run drain pipe through. Install one junction box on the outside of meter room with all electrical wires in conduit for the Grinder Pump. All saw cut sections of sidewalk and curb will be replaced at the same time work is in progress. Replace Grease Interceptor with new Endure Grease interceptor in its current location. With a 50 GPM flow rate and a liquid capacity of 52 gallons. The current grease trap has a 2 inch inlet with 4 inch drain pipe tying into the 2 inch inlet. This is causing the store to backup at least once a month. The new grease interceptor will eliminate this problem and should have been installed the first time. Also, do to this problem major grease build up has occurred in the drain pipes and will need to be jetted at time of installation.
